 8.03.07 Mackay Communications Government Division is recognized as a member of the Florida Emergency Supplier Network (FESN) With the intent to identify and group needed commodities and services by type and/or distribution channel the Department of Management Services (DMS) of the State of Florida has developed a project to organize networks to meet State and Local emergency needs for products and services during declared emergencies.
